A Dialog with Pink and Self
Performance documented through image

Composed of 112 images, this performance unfolds as an extended, fragmentary exchange in which pink operates as both material and interlocutor, moving between associations of skin, other being, and artificial care. The green screen functions as a suspended ground, a site where context is deferred and the body is left to negotiate itself without stable surroundings, reinforcing a sense of dislocation and constructed reality.
Across the sequence, gestures often repeat with slight shifts, building a rhythm of hesitation and return. This continuity is interrupted by abrupt transitions where the body or material jumps to a distinctly different position or scene. These sharper breaks disrupt the viewer’s sense of temporal flow, collapsing subtle duration into sudden reorientation and marking moments where the dialogue resists gradual understanding.
